This Giving Tuesday: Help YP Men Step Into the Life God Has for Them
Giving Tuesday is Today!December 2, 2025 Dear Friends and Supporters, Something extraordinary is happening right now: More than one in five Gen Z adults (18–27) say they’ve increased their Bible use this year, and 54% say Scripture has transformed their lives—up from 50% in 2023 and higher than Millennials ever reported (American Bible Society, State of the Bible 2024). Summation: Gen Z (Especially Gen Z Men) is hungrier for God’s Word than any young adult generation in decades. Yet the same young men who are opening their Bibles are also the most medicated generation for anxiety and depression—three times more likely to overdose, four times more likely to die by suicide, and fourteen times more likely to be incarcerated than young women. Marriage rates for adults 25–54 have plummeted from 67% in 1990 to just 53% today, while the share of never-married men has nearly doubled. This is the time. Young men are searching, God is moving, and the gap between hunger and activation is wide. In other words, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few."
